Bolingbrook Golf Club, which opened in 2002, has quickly become recognized as one of the top municipal courses in the country. Named one of the “Top Ten You Can Play” by Golf Magazine, it is one of only two Arthur Hills-designs in Illinois. Among its unique features is a 600-yard par five and a par three with an island green. With water coming into play on 14 holes and wind a factor on all 18, the course is a challenge for the low-handicapper yet fair for the less accomplished golfer due to its five sets of tees. Also unique to Bolingbrook Golf Club is the access to the amenities each player receives. The course features the most accessorized golf carts in the nation, complete with a GPS system and coolers stocked with bottled water. Golfers are treated to complimentary fresh fruit and lemonade on the first tee, and following the round, access to the staffed locker rooms, steam room, sauna, whirlpool tub and exercise room. Perhaps what is most exciting is what is still to come. In late 2005, the Village of Bolingbrook reached an agreement with PGA Tour star John Daly and golf course architect John Robinson to design a second 18-hole golf course. The “Big Stick” is sure to attract strong local, regional and national attention.

Exit I-55 at Weber Road and go north one mile to Rodéo Drive. Turn left. The club is one mile on the left.
